Up and Running Quickly
The city365 implementation approach guarantees fast access to the business benefits promised.
1. Setup your tenant
Within your Microsoft 365 tenancy your Microsoft 365 administrator will provision a new instances of applications (Project, PowerApps, etc) which will become the home for your city365 package.
Alternative: Use our Microsoft 365 Tenant
If your Microsoft 365 tenancy is not ready, or if you’re not ready to commit to Microsoft 365, we can provision instances of applications (Project, PowerApps, etc.) for you on our tenant. You can then move the service to your Microsoft 365 in future.
2. Deploy your Package
Based on your business objectives and PPM maturity, we will deploy a suitable city365 package (Lite, Standard or Enterprise.) This choice is not final, and you can switch between packages at any time as requirements change.
3. Make it yours
Our consultants will workshop and implement changes to your new city365, to make it exactly how you want it to be. They’ll then upload existing projects, test everything is all right, and we’re ready to go.
4. Manage the Change
This is so important to the success of your digitised city365. We train your users and make sure that they have the right support when they need it. We also pro-actively monitor your city365, to make sure that the data is complete and accurate, that users love it (and want to use it), and that it is delivering what it promised.
Keep
If it is working, why change anything? Keep us accountable for managing, operating and continually improve your city365. With a clear SLA, month-on-month terms and no lock-in contract.
Transition
We provide a support-only service and leave the rest to you. You invest in skilling-up your own people to manage and operate city365.
Stop
If you’re not getting value from it, or no longer need your city365, you can stop using it at any time. You will always keep your data.
